Total Score: 6.8/10 is a writing service with relatively reasonable prices, nice website, and convenient customer support system. I didn’t think too much before placing an order, mainly because the website seemed so nice. However, I was disappointed with the quality of my resume. It was written with lengthy sentences that didn’t make sense. Any hiring manager would get frustrated to waste time with such a resume.

Online Reputation

As I said, the website is pretty appealing. It’s easy to see what types of job application documents you can order and how much they cost. You can even see some information about the writers of the service and request a callback if you like a particular author. The fact that there is no activity from real users on the company’s Facebook page is a reason for suspicion. Are they deleting bad comments? Why isn’t there any good feedback?

The Company’s Services and Guarantees

There is a clear list of services at the website. You can use for resume writing, resume editing, resume distribution, and CV writing assistance. The resume distribution service is quite convenient if you don’t have time to follow ads and apply for jobs, but I can’t guarantee for its effectiveness. The additional services include: reference verification (what?), job search assistance, interview coaching, cover & follow-up letter writing, LinkedIn profile development, and candidate profile screening.

The guarantees include: on-time delivery, professional resume writers, and money back guarantee.

Pricing and Discount Policy

The prices are not expensive when you compare them to other services. A resume costs $95.96, and a CV is priced at $139.95. The exclusive resume pack, which includes resume, cover letter, follow-up letter, interview coaching session, references verification, social profiles screening, and resume distribution, costs $279.96.

New customers get discounts on certain products, but the price reductions are not that great. You can save money if you order a package.

Customer Support

There is a live chat at the website, but the representatives are not really responsive. I understand that the main point of this service is to connect the customers with their writers, but my writer didn’t bother communicate with me, so I was left hanging with no updates at all.

Payment System

The company accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and other types of credit and debit cards. There is nothing wrong with the payment system. However, the company charged me for the revisions I requested without warning me about it.

Since I didn’t get the results I expected, I naturally complained about the resume and asked the writer to make the sentences clear. Although the document looked slightly better after the revisions, it was still not perfect. I did not expect to be charged for the revisions, since there are claims for free revisions and a money back guarantee at the website. As it turns out, is not such an affordable service after all.

Quality of Delivered Products

Let me tell you something: no one appreciates “eloquent” sentences with no meaning under the surface. The resume I got was full of useless adjectives that diluted the content. There was no personality in this document.

After the revision, the sentences were a bit simple, but there were still serious problems with the style. I didn’t bother getting other revisions, since the company charged for the first one. The excuse was – I didn’t clarify that I wanted simple style in the order form. I thought clarity was something you expected without emphasizing it. Well, I learned my lesson.

Non-English speaking! Beware!

I hired them based off of reviews from other sites. First issue was that instead of a 24-48 hour turnaround, I did not even get contacted for several days to tell me they are going to start. Several days later, I am told they need more time, which I gave. The email was with poor English. I raised concerns and was assured that I would be assigned to a native English speaker to work on my resume. Several days later, I am contacted (by email at 1am, with mediocre English skills), so I ask if English is the native language. It is not.So, despite delays and promises to get a native English speaker to work on my resume, I did not receive that. I was told that it would be reassigned, again. I said, no, I want a refund.Once again, they attempt to have me continue. I again, said no, refund.I received an email informing me:>>Thank you for your request.I am passing your request to our Quality Assurance Department.They will check and evaluate your case within business week.
