EssayHave.com is a pretty new custom-writing service that most students haven’t heard of. I decided to check what the writing team had to offer, so I placed an order for a simple essay. The website is rather plain. There are some statements at the website that I found suspicious. For example: “Moreover, our writers team is a big one; therefore, we can match you up with the right writer.” I’m always cautious with such unspecified statements that are supposed to make me confident in placing an order. I would appreciate to know the exact amount of writers this service has.
Services and Guarantees
There is a dropdown menu that lists the following services: essay, research papers, term papers, courseworks, thesis, etc. The guarantees include: Money Back Guarantee, Revision Policy, Privacy Policy, Plagiarism-Free Guarantee, Terms and Conditions.
Prices and Discounts
The prices are quite reasonable at first sight. The quotes are listed in categories based on Academic level, number of pages, urgency, type of paper needed. If you order an essay, the price will range from $10 per page for high-school level with a deadline of 14 days, to $48 per page for doctoral level with the shortest deadline of 24 hours. That’s sad the service has no urgent help in 3-8 hours.
Unfortunately as a first-time customer, I didn’t get any kind of a discount for my order. The service provides litetime discounts only for returning users: 5% for more than $500, 10% for more than $1000, 15% for more than $2000.
Quality of Services
Average is the best word that describes the paper I got. Although I went for Master’s level, this paper seemed more appropriate for a freshman at college. There were some grammar mistakes and the arguments were too obvious and the overall impression was: blah.
I asked for a revision and the author did accept my request. He made the sentences a bit longer, but the result was still far from my expectations. I really thought I would get much better quality for the price I paid.
Customer Service
The customer support representatives do a good job. They are always online and they are ready to answer the client’s questions. I contacted them few times with specific questions, just to test their approach. I got the feeling they cared about my impressions of this service.
They are available via live chat, a simple contact form, email, and phone. I used the live chat and I was immediately attended.
Additional Features
EssayHave.com suggests visitors to use Bibliography Generator as well as free Plagiarism checker (not sure about its quality though). So don’t forget to try it.

I ordered twice from this service . The first time the essay wasn’t so bad, although it had issues. I didn’t feel like experimenting with other websites, so I ordered a larger term paper from the same website. Boy, what a mistake! First of all – it didn’t contain any references, so the arguments had no support whatsoever. The customer service department ignored my complaints, so I’ll definitely stay away from this service in future.

If you are looking for paper with fast turn around you can use them. However, pay attention to the quality, each paper needs corrections ’cause of grammar and spelling mistakes.
