Bid4Papers.com is quite an interesting concept for a custom-writing service. It works like a bidding service: you set up a project and different writers bid on it. Then, you choose a writer whose profile you like the best, and you start the collaboration. Unfortunately, the process didn’t flow as smoothly as I expected. The writer misunderstood some of my instructions, and there was not enough time for him to make the needed corrections. See the full Bid4Papers.com review below.
Online Reputation of Bid4Papers.com
This is a well-designed website that made me pretty confident when I placed the order. The terms and conditions are clear, and the Q&A section offers enough information. However, there is something interesting about the profiles of the authors: they seem to be skilled in every possible area. A single writer works on projects from mathematics and statistics, religion, psychology, political science, law, marketing, and a peculiar category labeled as “other or not specified.” Thus, you can expect to work with good writers, but don’t expect them to be experts.
Services and Guarantees
As soon as I landed the website, I saw a minimalistic order form that included several types of projects, such as essay, article, business plan, case study, research paper, dissertation, etc. Basically, you can order any type of project, since there is a category labeled as other. If you don’t find the specific paper in the list, you simply offer your instructions under this category and you wait to see if any writers bid on it.
You’ll find a claim that your order is secure and confidential, as well as a money back policy. However, there is no promise for free revisions or 24/7 access to customer support.
Prices and Discounts
When I filled in the order form and placed the project, I got offers that ranged from $50 to $200 for a 2-page essay with a deadline of 3 days. Don’t expect to find a detailed price chart or discounts at this website, simply because it functions as a bidding service. There are few factors that affect the final price: type of paper, number of pages, deadline, and discipline.
I expected to get some really cheap offers, but that didn’t happen. All writers seemed pretty decent, but I went for a medium offer of $100.
Quality of Services
There was a communication problem between me and the writer, which resulted with a paper that didn’t meet my expectations. The content itself was not entirely bad, but it wasn’t what I was looking for. Although I was a bit scarce with the instructions, they were pretty clear. I had specific requirements that the writer didn’t understand.
Customer Service
Since the process is based on the communication between the customer and the author, there is no customer support team that would be accessible 24/7. When I had questions and additional instructions, I had to wait 2 days before the writer responded with irrelevant answers. It was too late for him to make the requested changes, so I ended up receiving inferior results as a result of the lack of support.
Additional Features
Well, you can’t get VIP support, plagiarism report, or any other additional feature that most other services are offering.
I liked the blog, though. It covers some interesting topics and it has a nice quiz that asks you to guess the author, so make sure to check it out.
