I asked for a personal essay on a very deep issue: “are you happy?” I gave some broad guidelines to explain I wanted a philosophical paper that tackled important questions on human existence. That’s why I paid for the highest quality level, although the paper didn’t need any research and referencing.
I received a plain essay that an average high-school student could have easily written. I don’t think these writers are MA or PhD experts; the content just didn’t seem like it was written by a knowledgeable and talented writer. I didn’t get any revisions because this was a personal essay and the writer did follow my instructions to some extent. The team didn’t accept my complaints for quality. They just said the quality was fine.
Customer Service
Not okay! Although I could see the “now online” sign next to the chat button, it was almost impossible to reach a representative when I was trying to get revisions. I had to send several emails before I got a response, and the support team didn’t do anything to help me get what I paid for.
